What’s included:
Daily morning practice (live group calls) Mon-Fri 6.30am-7am NSW time
Guided journaling, meditation, breathwork, and gratitude

Weekly focus topics and check-ins: Live group coaching calls
Mondays and Thursdays 7:30pm NSW time (60 minutes)

Danni Carr is a trauma-informed sobriety coach and accredited breathwork and meditation teacher. A graduate of Dr. Gabor Maté's 'Compassionate Inquiry® for Professionals', she has embraced this approach to healing and coaching.
