About Danni
Danni Carr is a trauma-informed sobriety coach and accredited breathwork and meditation teacher. A graduate of Dr. Gabor Maté's 'Compassionate Inquiry® for Professionals', she has embraced this approach to healing and coaching.
Danni is the host of the How I Quit Alcohol podcast and has successfully worked with hundreds of people to help them heal and find liberation from alcohol.
Sick of feeling controlled by alcohol?
I've been there, and I think the best support is knowing you're not alone. On my podcast we talk to ex-binge drinkers, alcoholics, drug and alcohol counsellors and more about how they quit alcohol.
