6 Weeks to Change Your Relationship With Yourself
Personalised one-on-one coaching to help you change your relationship with alcohol, understand old patterns, regulate your nervous system and create a life you genuinely want to be present for.
Sometimes we know we want things to change, but knowing is different from knowing how.
You might be drinking more than you want to, finding yourself caught in familiar patterns, struggling to manage stress and emotions, or feeling ready for a different way of living.
You may have tried to make changes before and found yourself back where you started. Or perhaps you know there’s more available to you, but you’re not quite sure how to get there.
Over six weeks, we’ll work together to help you understand yourself more deeply, develop practical tools and make meaningful changes that support the life you want to create.
This is personalised coaching shaped around you, your experiences, your goals and what you need most.

Your six-week journey
Each week builds on the last, with our sessions shaped around your individual needs and goals.
Week 1: Where You Are & Where You Want to Go
We’ll explore what’s happening in your life right now, what you want to change and what you’d like more of. Together, we’ll establish a clear direction for our work and identify practical steps to begin.
Week 2: Understanding Your Patterns
We’ll begin to explore the patterns, triggers and behaviours that may be keeping you stuck. Developing a deeper understanding of what’s happening beneath the surface can help you discover new ways to respond.
Week 3: Your Nervous System
You’ll learn practical ways to understand and regulate your nervous system, helping you feel more grounded and better equipped to navigate stress, emotions and challenging moments.
Week 4: Changing the Way You Think
We’ll explore the thoughts and beliefs that may be influencing your choices, emotions and behaviour. You’ll begin to develop more awareness and flexibility in how you relate to your thoughts.
Week 5: Creating More of What You Want
We’ll turn our attention towards the life you’re creating. We’ll explore what brings you connection, purpose, pleasure and meaning, and how to make more room for these things in your everyday life.
Week 6: Integration & Moving Forward
We’ll reflect on your progress, recognise what you’ve learned and identify the tools and practices that work best for you. You’ll leave with a personalised plan to help you continue building on the changes you’ve made.
